Return and Refund Policy

Retainers are asked for in order to guarantee all work is paid for and time and money won't have to be spent chasing down payment for services rendered.  So if you put down a retainer, and then we can't start on the work - you will receive a refund.  However, once work starts, no retainers are refundable.  If you change your mind and decide you don't want the work done after we have accepted the retainer, you are welcome to a credit as we offer no cash refunds once work has started, or because you've simply "changed your mind".  Realize when we agree to work on your job, this also means we're turning down other work to do yours.  Time can not be restocked or recaptured and labor is not the same as a product.
